DCT Incorporated was incorporated on September 9, 1991, under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
DCT has two principal owners, Cheryl Bernardi, President and David Tolman, Vice President.
The company has maintained their corporate headquarters in the town of McAlester, Oklahoma since inception.
The company was certified in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program (Region VI) and has since graduated from the 8(a) program.
DCT’s history has been characterized by steady growth, financial stability and excellent reputation through successful project management for ten different U.S. Government agencies nationwide.
